FABulous way to treat Animals!

Transcending from Traditional Pinoy Animal care to be more Responsible and Suited in our Era! 


Pinoy domesticate and tame animals mostly as Farm animals or House Pets. Which is very common even in primitive times of our country.


There are many reasons why animals are being kept and caged;

Such as domesticating them to work in the farm, to earn money  by means of entertainment or  animal shows,  to occupy missing seats in the house, for fun,  for health and scientific experimentation for security and safety measures  and many more..

We Pinoy are still in transition,  to equally treat animals with the same love, respect and rights as we do.

Until now one of Our most reliable source of income is farming.  And Our farmers are very skillful even they  are still using traditional methods of farming, this skills are inherited legacy from our early ancestors,That’s why for our local farmers animals are domesticated only for  work aide or for food.

(It’s good to value our history and hold on to its teachings, but most of us unintentionally grasped too much with the tradition, that’s why its hard for us to climb another step higher with modernization because most of our inherited beliefs are not jiving with the era we have now.)



We Pinoy tends to eat anything edible, specially exotic  foods such as Dog's meat dishes which is once again originated from our ancestors. that is always believed to cure some sickness or to add more vitality when having sex.

Azucena is the common term labeling dishes with dog’s meat. Even our government is facing hardships trying to educate people about this matter. Same for NGO’s that are siding with animal’s rights about  how our government  are handling them.
 

Thanks to media for playing a big role for implying understanding to us, somehow more Pinoys are  less cruel and more affectionate towards pet animals. it also lessen the percentage of traditionalist animal's care takers as the day pass. 

So how can we as an individual transcend to posses a better and righteous way of Animals care?

First thing to do is to gain more knowledge about certain things about the animals, you want to involve yourself with.

When you obtained definite learning make sure to apply it to your Life’s standard. Which means, being part of your basis on how your action will be.

Tradition and modernization  are two opposite  aspects of  time, yet their relation to each very significant to each other for they mutually gives value  to their existence. There are bits of fibers in this two that we can still fused together that we can use for a better outcome in any issue we are facing. Balancing both correctly.

After absorbing   all the essential things,that will enables you to know what  they rightfully deserved, which can be Physical such as food and water,  Emotional ,things needed to do, to treat them with utmost respect and love.  Now you can Analyze your way of doing things when it comes to animals.

Once all been carefully put in mind your next step is putting away all the things you think, are very primitive and will not be in good use.

Be sure to categorize each role you want them to play the part of.

For example  if its for farming or food production make sure to be very humane the way you are treating them.  The surroundings must be suited  for them  and all the things they need is there. 

There are now many machineries which can assist You and your animals. Some may be unaffordable but for sure  there are many cheap alternative of the quality you like.  And you just need to look  very patiently. 

Specially for animals that are being slaughtered for food, to consider the first blow to cause instant or merciful kind of death for it can affect the quality of meat.

Be sure to provide their essential needs (few are already mentioned). 

And also take in consideration about your surroundings,For everyone's safety! Avoid illegal purchasing of exotic animals which most of the time are very crucial for you both. 

 Sometimes animals from the wild such as parrots, monkeys and snakes can infect you with incurable or deadly diseases. .

And for them, it will be very difficult to comprehend with the new situation  of being caged, this can make  them depressed  which also leads to its death. 

And it’s a big NO-NO to buy endangered species if your thinking you are trying to help them to repopulate .  Think twice it’ll be a much better idea to just leave it to experts. And if you see any wild life hurt or trap.Again surrender it to the authorities!
